Cinnamon Chia Pudding
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: overnight in fridge
Serves 2-3 people
Ingredients
1 cup of almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
3 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon maple syrup
1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Add milk to your mason jar
2. Add the chia seeds, then all the other ingredients
3. Put the top back on mason jar and shake the ingredients together
4. Put mason jar into the fridge and enjoy in the AM
5. Serve with whatever you would like from, coconut, berries, more maple syrup, etc
Notes
For every 1 cup of milk add 3 Tablespoon of chia seeds, if you need to double the recipe.
