Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients
1-1/2cups of ice, or 2 handfuls
1 banana (frozen or not)
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Scoop of protein powder of your choosing
1 teaspoon of ground flax seed or chia seeds
2 teaspoon collagen ( I prefer Vital)
1/3 to 1/2 cup of creamy organic peanut butter
3/4 cup to 1 cup of mocha flavored cold brew coffee
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Instructions
1. Add the ice and banana to your vitamix or blender first
2. Add all liquid, then followed by the peanut butter
3. Add all powder at the end
4. Blend on high for about 30 second to 1 minute depending on your blender.
Notes
You can tweak this recipe to your liking this is just a good base for a peanut butter cup smoothie.
