Whipped Goat Cheese

Cook Time: zero
1 10- ounce log goat cheese, at room temperature
2-3 Tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
dashes of cream or milk or almond milk
Zest of a lemon
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend all ingredients up, adding dashes of cream until desired consistency. Add more syrup or honey if you want a sweeter flavor.
This is great to make a head of time and add to fridge and pull out when needed.
